Ruby Waves Roasted Beet Hot Sauce

A Louisiana-Style Blend of the sweetness and ruby colors of Red Beets, our infamous Secret Pepper, and Big Red Mama – a super-hot pepper that is the engine of the heat waves you’ll feel for a while! The heat of Secret Pepper hits the palate quickly, but the Big Red Mama’s 1-Million Scoville power kicks in almost immediately afterwards. It delivers a long, satisfying burn. A big spoonful, straight-up, might even numb the roof of your mouth!

You’ll feel waves of love from your head to your toes from the heat of this Louisiana Style super-hot sauce.  The ruby red colors are delivered by sweet red beets. Great for all cuisine that needs spicy elevation. From the garden of Deb-N-Roo, another one of our limited edition small batch hot sauces.
