Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding holidays. Estimated transit times begin after the carrier receives the package.

Standard shipping within the eligible United States is $8 and is free for orders of $70 or more. Standard delivery is generally estimated at 3–5 business days after fulfillment. Express shipping is $15 and is generally estimated at 1–2 business days after fulfillment. Rates and availability shown at checkout control if they differ from this summary.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, address problems, or other events outside our control. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If a package arrives damaged or an item is missing or incorrect, contact choicecityusa@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with the order number and photographs of the package and affected products.
