Return and Refund Policy

Because our sauces and other food products are consumable goods, we cannot accept returns of opened products or products that have left our control unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at choicecityusa@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photographs of the product and shipping package. We will review the issue and, when approved, replace the affected item or issue an appropriate refund.

Unopened, non-food merchandise may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Gift cards, sale items marked final sale, and perishable or opened food products are not returnable.

Orders may be canceled before fulfillment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; processing time depends on the payment provider.
