I’ve tried seven different varieties of flavor sauce/hot sauce and really enjoy the richness and heat level of each of them. Some work well with eggs in the morning and others are perfect for fish. I am a big fan of Heart of Gold and Ruby Waves. I can’t wait to try the newest flavors and would highly recommend them for yourself or to give as presents for the Holidays or a gift for showing up to a dinner party.

I let who I am assuming is Roo borrow a pair of tongs for his stand at the Windsor farmers market. Upon return of these borrowed tongs he gave me a bottle of Heart Of Gold, Habañero Pineapple Hot Sauce. I have tried lots of hot sauces before so I am pretty critical when it comes to picking one that I would actually put on my food. Roo is a great guy with an even better hot sauce, grade A in my book for sure.

I love the creativity of these flavors. They’re hot but flavorful and really add a complexity to my mundane food that makes me feel alive again.
