Description
Artist Julie Downing has been painting her unique watercolor perspectives of Red Rocks and other Colorado outdoor scenes since 2006. Her use of vivid colors combined with views that the average visitor doesn’t get to see gives her prints a feeling of timelessness. Each print is signed and numbered.
