Return Policy

Unless otherwise stated in the listing, we accept all returns within 30 days. There are conditions and requirements, however, that are designed to ensure all returns can be resold in new condition so that you may receive a full refund. Failure to get return authorization or follow these requirements may result in a deduction of a restocking fee from your total refund.

S&H is non-refundable unless there is one of the following reasons:

  • The wrong item was shipped, and it cannot be replaced with the correct item
  • There is damage due to insufficient packaging, and a replacement is not accepted

If we are at fault, for any reason, we may provide a return shipping label at our discretion.

Return Authorization is necessary for all returns. Please email service@choicecityusa.com for an RA Number, which must be placed on the exterior of the package.

The return address may be different than the original ship-from physical address that appeared on the package. This may be an entirely different city or state, so please wait for your RA Number, which will include instructions on where to send your Return for the quickest processing and refunding or reshipment of a replacement. Failure to follow the instructions may result in delays, or deductions from the refund for restocking fees.

YOUR RETURN MAY BE SENT BACK TO THE MANUFACTURER’S WAREHOUSE in some cases, which are at the discretion of the manufacturing. Please do not ship back to our primary warehouse without Return Authorization.

Please send the tracking information for your return to service@choicecityusa.com. We will process refunds after inspection and restocking within 7 days of receipt.
