A delicious mix of Red, Orange, and Yellow Bell Peppers combined with Poblano, Anaheim, Hungarian Wax, and Jalapeno Peppers. Organic Heirloom Red, Orange, and Yellow Tomatoes and Onions combine for a classic mild salsa that will be enjoyed by those are both the heat-curious and heat-avoiders. Natural sweet taste in perfect balance with the medium heat.

VALLE SOPRESSA ORGANIC GARDEN SALSA
A delicious mix of Red, Orange, and Yellow Bell Peppers combined with Poblano, Anaheim, and Jalapeno Peppers. But, we also added a unique hybrid mini-bell that is . . . kinda hot. By growing different peppers nearby one another, sometimes seeds saved have characteristics of both. In this case, a slow creeper heat that allows full enjoyment of the flavors before you notice the growing heat. Pleasant, not overwhelming. Organic Heirloom Red, Orange, and Yellow Tomatoes and Onions combine for a medium-to-hot salsa that will be enjoyed by those are heat-curious and and a few of the brave heat-avoiders. Natural sweet taste in perfect balance with the medium heat.

PINA HABANERO ORGANIC GARDEN SALSA
The combination of Habaneros and Pineapple delivers sweetness up front with gathering heat that peaks late and lasts a good long time. Distinctive from Jalapeño-based Salsas, but still flavored with the mild heat of Poblano and Anaheim Peppers. It’s an addictive heat that may tempt you to finish the whole jar in a sitting. Many varieties of Organic Heirloom Orange and Yellow varieties blend for lighter-toned Salsa evoking the color of Habaneros.

MAMA AL ROJO VIVO ORGANIC GARDEN SALSA
This recipe has a pretty mix of Red and Orange Bell Peppers along with some heat from Poblanos and Jalapeños. But, the real kick comes from a combination of the Super Hot Big Red Mama Pepper (750k Scoville) and a special powder from our Red Hot Mama Louisiana Hot Sauce manufacturing. The salsa has a deeper red tone that some of our Salsas because of a higher proportion of Roma Tomatoes with our standard low-acid Heirloom Oranges and Yellows.

FUEGO TARDE ORGANIC GARDEN SALSA
A sweet front end boosted by Sauteed Onions, but don’t let that fool you into letting your guard down. The heat takes a prolonged time to build to a peak – almost a minute after your first bite. The Superhots in this batch are a beautiful combination of Fatalii, Bhutlah Bubblegum 7-Pot Chocolate, Big Yellow Mama, Ghost, and Wicked Ghost. And, for those have an adverse reaction to Cilantro, we left it out of this recipe! Unique flavor and great heat that will keep you scooping till the jar is gone!

FUEGO MAXIMO ORGANIC GARDEN SALSA
This batch takes things to the limit. It adds a blent of Superhot Peppers (Big Red Mama, Big Yellow Mama, and Scotch Bonnet) with Kung Pao and Lemon Drop Peppers. The profiles of these peppers have up front heat that morphs and changes as the ones with delayed heat take over. The sweetness from Apple Cider Vinegar was enhanced with actual sugar to balance it out. Heat Lovers might even go “hoo boy” and raise their eyebrows, and Heat Avoiders might just be able to upgrade their tolerance ranking with the sweetness up front.

LEMONWHEEL HOT SAUCE: The heat of this sauce is driven by Lemon Drop Peppers that grow abundantly on short bushy plants. Like most tiny peppers, they’re pretty hot! But, we blended this with the flavors of Banana and Hungarian Wax Peppers, and for a twist, added pickled Blondie Peppers (along with their pickle juice!) as an ingredient! With Lemon Juice and Lemon Zest to truly bring out the brightness with citrus, there is depth, freshness, and sharpness that is distinctive!

ME & THE DEVIL HOT SAUCE: A Louisiana-Style Blend of 13 varieties of peppers ranging from sweet to super-hot, all garden ripened to their deepest red tones. A hint of smokey flavor from the Roasted Mini Sweet Reds is up front, followed by a peak of pure fire heat. But, there’s a significant afterglow that lasts for several minutes, mostly due to the enduring flavor of the Scotch Bonnets. A perfect compliment to tacos, eggs, pizza, chili, and just about anything that needs to be tastier!

RUBY WAVES ROASTED BEET HOT SAUCE: A Louisiana-Style Blend of the sweetness and ruby colors of Red Beets, our infamous Secret Pepper, and Big Red Mama – a super-hot pepper that is the engine of the heat waves you’ll feel for a while! The heat of Secret Pepper hits the palate quickly, but the Big Red Mama’s 1-Million Scoville power kicks in almost immediately afterwards. It delivers a long, satisfying burn. YELLOW RABBIT GINGER-CARROT HOT SAUCE: Gorgeous Garden Carrots and Ginger are spiced with Cumin and Mustard to deliver a flavor that compliments many cuisines. The heat is a combination of Ghost Pepper (A 1-Million Scoville Pepper), and a unique Burning Bush F1 Pepper that is peach-colored and similar to Habanero Peppers. GO ASK ALICE CURRY HOT SAUCE: Mad Hatter Peppers, with their odd shape and blend of yellow, orange, and red colors combine with Curry and Tumeric to create a beautiful Carnelian sauce that is actually a Superfood! Killian and Kristian Peppers, which look like Yellow and Orange Cayennes (and have similar heat profiles) give this a solid up-front smack of heat with the Curry flavor. But, the Burning Bush F1 creates a lingering heat that remains as the Curry flavors fade.

SMOKESTACK LIGHTNING: A Late Season Harvest Hot Sauce, this combines all the last peppers picked from our garden before First Deep Freeze before they reach their ripe color – but not before they develop their full heat! Combined with Mango and Apple Cider Vinegar, there’s sweetness that lays the tracks for the freight train of heat that follows and lasts. You’ll be waiting a while for the caboose!

SWEET CHILE O’ MINE: A blend of Kung Pao, Thai, and a variety of other hot-to-superhot peppers are perfectly balanced with the sweetness of brown sugar and rice wine vinegar. A naturally thick body from Sweet Potato and traditional Asian ingredients like Lemongrass, Ginger, and Sesame are brightened with Lime added at the end to maximize the flavor.
BURNING DOWN THE HOUSE: Roasted Red Bell Peppers and Red Onions mix with a heavy dose of Garlic to give this sauce it’s sweet-smokey base. The super-hot KAOS X Purple Reaper is flanked by Burning Bush F1 (the sauce’s namesake) and Wicked Ghost to gradually crank up the long-duration heat. FIXIN TO DIE: Blueberries and natural pigments create a deep purple-blue sauce that derives its intensity from the Bhutlah Bubblegum 7-Pot Chocolate Peppers. A bit of Pineapple boosts the Blueberry sweetness, but the combination of 4 other very hot peppers makes sure the heat will be felt – for 5 to 10 minutes! Mellow it out by adding to cream cheese on a cracker, or add a few drops to mayo or even whipped cream to spice up unexpected snacks or dishes.
