From the gardens of Deb-N-Roo, another one of our limited edition small batch hot sauces! This limited edition test batch is our first fermented peppers flavor in our lineup. We took the same 9 specialty peppers we use for Red Hot Mama Louisiana Style Hot Sauce, and fermented them for 8 weeks! The flavors infused and manifested a funky version that seems to be hotter and has more duration!
TEST BATCH #3: All of the fermented peppers meld to create a sour funk that marries perfectly with the natural sweetness of our triad of specialty peppers: Chervena Chushka, Ram’s Horn, and Ralph Thompson Squash Peppers. The flavor has unmistakeable forward heat that builds like a fire engine siren as it approaches. The breadth of heat glow and duration are incredible. Delicious straight up, and your perfect table sauce for virtually all meals.
Only 60 bottles produced for 2026, and they are likely to sell out very quickly. More will be made after the 2026 harvest, but this test run will reward only a special few.
