From the gardens of Deb-N-Roo, another one of our limited edition small batch hot sauces! This limited edition test batch explores the combination of Cranberry and Orange with some spices that evoke visions of the Holidays.
TEST BATCH #1: A sweet and tart front end gives way to a decent kick of heat that has a nice long duration. After the initial wave, an afterglow of a trinity of spices (cinnamon, allspice, and cloves) combines with the Red Mushroom Scotch Bonnet and Big Red Mama Peppers to warm you from the inside out. A perfect way to spice up your holiday meal, but also a great way to spice up a cocktail or mocktail!
