STOP GO GREEN LATE SEASON HOT SAUCE
A roasted hot sauce with complex flavors, sweetness up front, and a long lingering finish with plenty of heat. This sauce was a combination of a dozen pepper varieties harvested at the end of the gardening season. Some are the green versions of red/orange peppers, which adds to the complexity. The addition of Mirchi Peppers from India gives it a unique South Asian/Middle Eastern halo that opens up a wide variety of uses and applications in various cuisines. The flavor’s strong heat is tempered with the addition of pineapple and honey, which you’ll notice the moment it touches your tongue.

STOP-GO RED LATE SEASON HOT SAUCE
Another Louisiana Style Hot Sauce featuring 11 types of Red Peppers, all harvested at the end of our extended 2021 Season. This sauce has a distinctive flavor that has some forward heat, but definitely delivers a progression of flavor that leads to lingering heat that fades like a sunset. A versatile sauce that will work with everything from tacos and burritos to pizza, eggs, baked potatoes, and just about every dish you can imagine. We’ve not found anything it does not go well with!
This was a very small batch – our most limited of the 2021 season with just 20 bottles made available!
