DELICIOSO FUEGO MEDIO ORGANIC GARDEN SALSA – PINT
A delicious mix of Red, Orange, and Yellow Bell Peppers combined with Poblano, Anaheim, Hungarian Wax, and Jalapeno Peppers. Organic Heirloom Red, Orange, and Yellow Tomatoes and Onions combine for a classic mild salsa that will be enjoyed by those are both the heat-curious and heat-avoiders. Natural sweet taste in perfect balance with the medium heat.

ALIENTO DE DRAGÓN ORGANIC GARDEN SALSA – PINT
A delicious mix of Red, Orange, and Yellow Bell Peppers combined with Poblano, Hungarian Wax, and Jalapeno Peppers. To deliver the Dragon’s Breath there are Dragon’s Toe Peppers, Secret Peppers, and Cayenne Peppers are added to recipe. Organic Heirloom Red, Orange, and Yellow Tomatoes and Onions combine for a medium-to-hot salsa that will be enjoyed by those are heat-curious and and a few of the brave heat-avoiders. MAMA AL ROJO VIVO ORGANIC GARDEN SALSA – PINT & QUART INCLUDED
This recipe has a bright mix of Red and Orange Bell Peppers along with some heat from Poblanos and Jalapeños. But, the real kick comes from a combination of the Super Hot Big Red Mama Pepper (750k Scoville) and a special powder from our Red Hot Mama Louisiana Hot Sauce manufacturing. The salsa has a deeper red tone that some of our Salsas because of a higher proportion of Roma Tomatoes with our standard low-acid Heirloom Oranges and Yellows.

PINA HABANERO ORGANIC GARDEN SALSA – PINT
The combination of Habaneros and Pineapple delivers sweetness up front with gathering heat that peaks late and lasts a good long time. Distinctive from Jalapeño-based Salsas, but still flavored with the mild heat of Poblano and Anaheim Peppers. It’s an addictive heat that may tempt you to finish the whole jar in a sitting. Many varieties of Organic Heirloom Orange and Yellow varieties blend for lighter-toned Salsa evoking the color of Habaneros.

GORRO ESCOCÉS ORGANIC GARDEN SALSA – PINT
A delicious mix of Red, Orange, and Yellow Bell Peppers combined with Poblano, Anaheim, and Jalapeno Peppers. To deliver some creeping, lingering heat, a touch of Scotch Bonnet Pepper (300k Scoville) is added to recipe. FUEGO DIRECTO ORGANIC GARDEN SALSA – PINT
Sometimes you just need to get straight to the point. In this case, we wanted a batch that would make sure those wanting to see eyebrows raised and mouths hand-fanned get what they wished for. So, we added 150% more hot peppers, including some super-hots. Straight fire. But, full robust flavor by adding a little Honey and Apple Cider Vinegar that matches the directness of the heat.

FUEGO MI AMIGO ORGANIC GARDEN SALSA – PINT
Having made salsas every weekend for 2 months, we felt we needed to set the bar a little higher. We used a nice mix of Red and Orange Bell Peppers, combined with Poblano and Jalapeno, per usual. We also added a Peruvian staple, Aji Amarillo. But, then we added a mix of Super-Hot Peppers including Firecracker, Cayenne, Secret, Mystic Orange, and Bhutlah 7-Pot Bubblegum Chocolate. To give it a little sweetness up front, we also added some Apple Cider Vinegar. What we deliver here with this blend is Fire, My Friend.
