A mix of red, orange, yellow, white and purple Heirloom Tomatoes creates not only a beautiful colored salsa, but also lessens the acidity expected from red tomatoes. In the mix of 9 different varieties of peppers is the KAOS Purple Reaper – one of the hottest Scoville Peppers out there! No need to fear, however, as it is used in just the right proportion to reveal its fruity/floral flavor! A long-delay on the heat that lets the natural delicious sweetness of the Tomatoes and Apple Cider Vinegar reign for a bit until the heat kicks in – just as you take another bite! Addictive!
