From the gardens of Deb-N-Roo, another one of our limited edition small batch hot sauces! You wanted more intensity and boy does this combo of Fatalii & Big Yellow Mama Peppers deliver. Our first Tropical Hot Sauce draws inspiration from Caribbean Bajan Style sauces that utilize mustard as a canvas for flavor development and Tumeric-yellow pigmenting. We improvised to create a heat so high, you’ll need parachute pants to come back down!
CAN’T TOUCH THIS: A brief taste of complex sweetness from Mango, Pineapple, Banana, and Orange quickly gives way to up-front heat from the Fatalii Peppers backed up with Lemon Drop and Spanish Habanero. Once elevated, you begin to process the deeper mix of flavors from that lies beneath the heat. You’ll feel like you are dancing with a Tuitti Frutti hat on a volcano!
A sauce like this becomes so versatile and applicable to a wide variety of cuisines. Combine with mayo, creams, and other sauces to make it accessible to mere mortals. Good for breakfast, lunch, dinner and late-night snacks! A single drop will go a long way!
