MAMA AL ROJO VIVO ORGANIC GARDEN SALSA – QUART SIZE
This recipe has a bright mix of Red and Orange Bell Peppers along with some heat from Poblanos and Jalapeños. But, the real kick comes from a combination of the Super Hot Big Red Mama Pepper (750k Scoville) and a special powder from our Red Hot Mama Louisiana Hot Sauce manufacturing. The salsa has a deeper red tone that some of our Salsas because of a higher proportion of Roma Tomatoes with our standard low-acid Heirloom Oranges and Yellows.
