FUEGO MI AMIGO ORGANIC GARDEN SALSA – 2021 Season
Having made salsas every weekend for 2 months, we felt we needed to set the bar a little higher. We used a nice mix of Red and Orange Bell Peppers, combined with Poblano and Jalapeno, per usual. We also added a Peruvian staple, Aji Amarillo. But, then we added a mix of Super-Hot Peppers. To give it a little sweetness up front, we also added some Apple Cider Vinegar. What we deliver here with this blend is Fire, My Friend.
