DULCE FUEGO ORGANIC GARDEN SALSA – 2021 Season
Early in the 2021 Season, we had made a batch of mild to medium heat Salsa a couple batches in a row. So, we wanted to step it up a notch. Instead, we set the roof on fire – figuratively and literally it felt nearly painful on the roof of our mouths. No way could we do this to our family and friends. So, we applied the age-old means of tempering Capsaicin – sugar. The result in this case was enough sweet to balance the inferno. It’s a great way for heat-curious people to up their game. Extremely addictive – plan to finish the jar in a sitting.
