International Shipping

International Shipping

Restricted Countries:

We ship to most countries around the world.  We do, however, have some countries that we no longer ship to due to excessive fraud, damage, or loss.  We no longer ship to:

Brazil, Italy, Russia, Kazakhstan, Israel, Iran, Iraq, North Korea.

Duties & Taxes:

Duties and Taxes may be collected by your local courier at the time of delivery.  We do not include prepayment of any duties or taxes in our S&H calculation.  We are also unable to give you any estimate, and recommend contacting your local authorities.

Electronic Products:

Due to security concerns with shipment of electric products, significant delays may be caused by Customs in any country. Tracking is only available on a limited basis to certain countries, and we will ONLY be able to provide proof of shipment to many locations. If delays occur, NO action can be taken to trace the shipment until AT LEAST 30 days after shipment.  

Products with Radio Signals:

Also, please be aware that we sell some products that emit radio signals that may not allow shipping to your country.  If we cannot ship to your country, you have the option of arranging a shipment to a USA domestic address for forwarding, otherwise we must cancel and refund the order.

Box Size Restrictions:

Due to restrictions on the size of boxes, there are certain countries where items over 79″ (Length + Girth) cannot be shipped. Unfortunately, our system does not have the ability to prevent you from putting one of these items into the shopping cart.  If we cannot ship to you, you have the option to have us ship to a domestic location for forwarding to your country or cancel and refund.  We apologize for any inconvenience.

Affected Countries: Australia, Brazil, Hungary, Israel, Jamaica, Poland, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, Turkey, Venezuela.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns & Exchanges

Policy:

We accept your new, and unopened returned items returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. You must obtain your RMA from us by this deadline, and items must be received within 14 days of an RMA being issued.

All items returned will have a 15% Restocking Fee deducted from the refund amount. The original shipping amount charged is non-refundable.

When we receive your return, it should be in the condition it was sent to you. If it is damaged, missing parts, or in any way deficient, there may be an additional restocking fee applied.

Return Shipping Costs:

All Return Shipping Costs are your responsibility, and we require that your return be sent back to us via a trackable method. If your shipment is lost and there is no tracking, we cannot provide a refund.

In certain situations, we may provide a prepaid label or reimburse you for return shipping cost. We will not reimburse for expedited return shipping methods. We will only provide these services or reimbursement for these situations:

  1. Item is defective without a Manufacturer’s replacement policy that handles this directly.
  2. The item is damaged but the carrier determines it was not damaged in transit. If an item is damaged in transit, you must allow the carrier to resolve with their policies and procedures.
  3. We have shipped the incorrect item.

Exchanges:

We accept exchanges of your brand new items. If you contact us with your request, we will help coordinate your return shipment and the exchange using our RMA system. Return shipping costs are the same policy as for regular returns.

In some cases, your exchange may result in a refund or require additional payment. We will contact you with details if that is the case.

In some cases it may be necessary to make a second purchase and return the original item for a refund in order to meet your deadline.

Non-Returnable Products:

Certain products cannot be returned under any circumstances. We cannot accept returns of any product that deals with feces or urine if it has been removed from the original packaging under any circumstances as it is considered a hazmat/biohazard issue.

Origination:

We ship from over 100 different warehouses in the USA and Canada to your door with tracking that you can access from your account on our site. Because each business makes their own decisions about carriers, some items may not be available to ship via certain carriers.

Shipping Carriers:

We ship in the USA via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Some items that display shipping via UPS in checkout may ship via FedEx at the discretion of the supplier or manufacturer that warehouses the item. Also, some items that are available to ship via UPS may not be possible to ship to some USA addresses including PO Boxes, APO/FPO, and Alaska/Hawaii. Some items that are advertised as free shipping may not be able to be shipped to anything other than a physical address. If we are unable to ship to your address due to these constraints, it may be necessary to cancel the order.

Free Shipping:

When “Free Shipping” is offered, it is intended to only be for the Lower 48 USA. Some items that have available USPS options may be available to ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories. If we cannot ship your order, we will provide a refund or offer other options that may require additional payment.

Available Shipping Methods & Transit Times:

USPS First Class Mail – Usually 1-4 business days in transit.

USPS Priority Mail – Usually 1-3 business days in transit.

USPS Priority Mail International – Usually 7-14 days in transit, but some may experience transit times up to 45 days in certain countries.

UPS Ground – Usually 1-7 business days in transit.

UPS 3-day Select – 3 business days in transit.

UPS 2-day – 2 business days in transit.

UPS Next Day Air – 1 business day in transit.

FedEx Ground – Usually 1-7 business days in transit.

Late Shipments:

If you believe your item has been lost or delayed by the carrier, please first contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. If the carrier is unresponsive or provides and unsatisfactory response, we will resolve the matter directly. We will require cooperation with the carriers tracing policy and procedure and the completion of the process before shipping any replacements.

If you require a replacement to be shipped, you may need to purchase a new item and await a refund on the original purchase if you cannot wait for the carrier to complete their tracing process.
